Biography: Kenneth Rolnicki is President of the Channel Marketing Institute (CMI) [tm], whose primary business objective is advising companies on their marketing channel tactics and strategies through distributors, dealer, manufacturers, sales representatives, value-added resellers, retailers, system integrators, and solution providers. He is also a professor at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he teaches courses in channels of distribution and sales and marketing management. He has more than 30 years of channel management experience, most of those spent with Bell & Howell, where his position ranged from Product Manager to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the Communication and Business Equipment Systems divisions. Mr. Rolnicki lives in Barrington, Illinois.
